How to shop online?
Once you're done shopping, checking out is easy and secure. You may always view the items you have added to your Shopping Bag by clicking the "Shopping Bag" button on the top right of any page. You may also checkout by clicking on the "checkout" hyperlink located on any item detail page. Once you are viewing the contents of your shopping bag, you may adjust quantities in your bag by changing the number to the right of items, and then by clicking "update bag" after all quantity adjustments have been made.
How do I checkout?
Once you are ready to checkout with the items in your shopping bag, click on the CHECKOUT button in your shopping cart. Proceed to the payment page and follow the prompts until your order confirmation page appears. An additional email will be sent to the email provided for additional purchase confirmation.
Item availability
The item availability is listed in the product details page. All colors/items available will be shown in the dropped down menu. Colors/items that are unavailable will show (SOLD OUT). Although we make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occassionally we do sell out. If we are out of stock on an item that you wish to order please feel free to email us at fixatecosmetics@gmail.com on the expected re stocking date. All items that are discontinuing will not be re stocked and that will be listed in the items description.
Which Payment Methods do you accept?
We only accept payments from the following credit cards: Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been successfully transmitted. In addition, a shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. You may check the status of your order at anytime by accessing that email and clicking on the link provided. Tracking information is updated automatically.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 5 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and usually ship within 1-2 days. Orders placed on Friday after 5 PM EST will begin processing on the following Monday. In some rare cases we will contact you with a follow-up email if the items you have selected are not currently in stock or if we need additional processing time to fulfill your order.
